I can't find any videos in my workspace.

My workspace members are hitting a 5-minute, but we upgraded?

Your teammate may be a part of multiple workspaces. Please ask them to change their default workspace to the paid workspace by following the steps here.

⚠️Also, please ensure your workspace member is provided a paid creator role; creator-lite roles will receive a 5-minute recording limit.
