How do I upgrade my account?

To upgrade your Loom plan, you will need to be the Admin of your workspace. If you are the admin will need to do the following:

⚠️ Your subscription price is determined by the number of workspace members you assign as creator or admin roles (as these are paid roles).

  1. Visit the Plan & Billing tab from your Workspace Settings.

  2. Select Business Monthly or Business Annual and proceed with the upgrade.

  3. Then select which workspace members you would like to upgrade to a Creator role. Workspace members who do not upgrade to a Creator will remain a Free Creator Lite with limited recording privileges.

  4. Confirm payment details, and that's it!

If you are experiencing an issue upgrading, please try clearing your web browser cookies and cache or try a different web browser (we recommend using a Chrome browser).

What payment methods do you accept?

Loom accepts credit card payments. accept all the popular credit card types, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and debit cards. At the moment, it is not possible to upgrade your subscription with PayPal .
