Can't find my videos

Oh no! One of the following may be happening. 👇

  1. You may be a part of multiple workspaces and have your video saved to a different workspace. Please check out our article here on how to navigate to other workspaces.

    ⚠️ If this is the case, make sure to set the workspace you want your video stored to as your default going forward.

  2. You may have two accounts under different emails. Please check your personal settings and check that you are logged in with the correct email.
