Troubleshooting help: If your video only has audio? Try this. 💡
You recorded with the Loom Desktop app on a Windows device and the video displays a black screen with the audio intact.
How to resolve this
⚠️ We will, unfortunately, not be able to recover the visuals from previously recorded videos. However, the steps below should help prevent this behavior from happening again.
Open your Loom desktop app
Click the '...' menu in the top right and select Settings.
Turn on Use fallback recorder.
Restart your device and try to record once again.
