Loom's Salesforce integration allows your Sales and Marketing teams to gain better insight into how their videos are performing directly in Salesforce at the Lead, Contact, and Opportunity levels. 👀
Please Note
Our Salesforce integration is currently only available on Loom's Enterprise plan. To enable the integration in Loom, you need to be an Admin in your Workspace. To enable it in Salesforce, you'll need to be a Salesforce Admin. These Admins do not need to be the same person. To use the integration, you'll need to be a Member of a Loom Enterprise workspace and a Salesforce user.In some cases, your Salesforce workspace settings may prevent you from integrating your Loom Workspace with Salesforce. We are working on an AppExchange application to address this issue. We currently provide support for Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer versions of Salesforce.
If you're a Loom Workspace Admin
- Go to the Integrations tab in your Loom Workspace Settings.
- Click Connect Loom for Salesforce. You'll then see the option to connect in Salesforce. Click on the link to start setting things up on Salesforce's end.

Please note:
After Salesforce has been successfully connected and installed at the Admin level, a Loom Creator only needs to ensure 2 things for Loom to relate viewer and engagement data to their Salesforce contacts:
- The email of a viewer is known. Viewers' email can be identified if: they are logged in, provide their email via the “Request email to view feature” or a viewer’s email is specified via the `anon_email=` query parameter in the URL.
- Salesforce tracking is ON for their video.

Default Settings
Loom Admins can set default video settings on behalf of a user Group. That being said, admins can ensure that a group of users has “Request email to view” and “Salesforce tracking” on by default by navigating to the Integrations tab in workspace settings.
