How to upgrade your workspace

If you're an Admin in your workspace, you can upgrade to a Business or Business+ AI plan at any time from the Plan & Billing page within your Workspace Settings.

  1. Visit your Plan & Billing tab within your Workspace Settings.

  2. Select Monthly or Annual billing to see the different pricing options and click Upgrade.

  3. Select which workspace members you would like to upgrade as Creator or Admin role.

    Note: Your subscription price is based on the number of paid members (Creator/Admins) you upgrade. It's recalculated automatically as you add or remove seats. Workspace members who do not upgrade to a paid role will remain as Creator Lite with limited recording privileges.

  4. Confirm payment details and that's it! 🎉 Your credit card will be automatically charged at the beginning of every billing period (monthly or yearly) moving forward.

From your  Plan & Billing page, you can also download invoices, see upcoming payments, update your billing information and payment method on file.

Does Loom offer nonprofit discounts?

We're currently hard at work evaluating the best offering for our non-profit users but we don't currently have a discount available. Reach out to support and we'd be happy to offer you a 30-day free extension of your Business trial so you can utilize Loom at its best! 

We’ll always stand by our promise to offer our Loom Starter Plan version of Loom for free forever for all of our users.

Who can join my workspace?

As an Admin, you can control who can join your Workspace during signup in your Workspace settings. Please note: Creators and Creator Lites can invite other Creator Lites to the Workspace, in addition to Admins. 

What payment methods does Loom accept?

All the popular credit card types, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and debit cards.

Which currencies are supported by Loom?

Loom only supports USD. When you subscribe, your credit card issuer should convert the amount paid to your local currency (keep in mind that this conversion will be made based on the conversion your credit card provides).

Can I upgrade with PayPal?

Currently, we're not able to accept payments via PayPal or bank transfer.

Can I upgrade another member without paying for an Admin role?

No, all admin roles must be paid for when upgrading to a Business plan
