What to do if your video is stuck processing

If you recorded a video and are unable to view it, here is more information on why your video may be taking longer to upload. 🛠

  1. Sometimes it takes extra time to upload all your video files to our servers depending on how long the video is and how strong your upload speed is. Check your speed, we suggest at least 5mbps to record successfully with Loom. 
  2. Make sure you're connected to a stable internet connection. If you experienced an interruption while recording or processing your video may not upload with success. 
  3. If the app experienced a crash it could also result in the files not uploading with success. 
  4. If your video has not processed after 30 minutes, please contact us here with your video URL and we will further investigate. 

Please note

We are only able to attempt to recover videos recorded with the Loom desktop app on Mac computers.
