What to do if your video is stuck processing

If you recorded a video and you are unable to view it, here are a few steps you can take to recover it 🛠

  1. Wait a bit longer, sometimes it takes a little while to upload all your video files to our servers depending on how long the video is and how strong your upload speed is. Check your speed, we suggest at least 5mbps to record successfully with Loom. 
  2. Make sure your internet connection was not interrupted while you were recording. If this is the case, it may be that your video will not process with success.
  3. If your video has not processed after 30 minutes, please contact us here with your recordings URL and we will attempt to recover it for you.

We are only able to attempt to recover videos recorded with the Loom desktop app on Mac computers.
