What to do if your video is stuck processing

If you recorded a video and you are unable to view it, here's a few steps you can take to recover it πŸ› 

  1. Wait a bit longer, sometimes it takes a little while to upload all your video files to our servers depending on how long the video is and how fast your upload connection is.
  2. Make sure your internet connection was not interrupted while you were recording. If this is the case, it may be that your video will not process with success.
  3. If your video has not processed after 30 minutes, please contact support@loom.comΒ with the link of the video and we will attempt to recover it for you.Β
