How to turn your Loom video into a Confluence document (beta)

Important to Note

To use this integration with Confluence, you must meet the follow requirements:

  • Your Loom account must be linked to an Atlassian account.
  • Your Loom workspace is on a Business + AI or Enterprise plan (with AI enabled).
  • You must have a personal Confluence Space enabled

 

How to create a document:

  1. From the Edit tab in your video share page, click Page

  2. From here you'll want to choose what type of Document workflow you want (SOP, Step by step, ect.).
  3. Then select Create in Confluence.CleanShot 2025-06-17 at 12.05.22@2x.png
  4. A page will then be created in your personal space and the page will  be linked back as the CTA in your Loom video. ✔️

Can I create multiple confluence pages from the same Loom video?

No, if you try and create multiple Confluence documents from the same Loom video you will get an error because we can't create pages with the same name. As a workaround you can change the title of the Loom video (which will also change the title of the Confluence page).
