Can’t download video

Downloads are only available to admins & creators apart of a Business or Enterprise workspace.

The download option is greyed out

Sometimes videos take a bit longer to be available for download if your video is long or you have recorded numerous videos in a short period of time.

We recommend allowing at least 30 minutes for the download file to become available.

The download is available, but no file is produced

Oh no! Sorry to hear you are unable to download your video.

We recommend trying the following:

  • Clear your cache & cookies, or download your Loom video from a different web browser.
  • Make sure you are connected to stable internet.
  • Try downloading via Chrome browser (if you haven’t already).

 

If you are still unable to download your Loom video after 30 minutes, feel free to contact our support team below. Please be sure to include the video URL that you are unable to download.
