How to update your Business account from monthly to annual billing

You can update your billing in your Workspace settings. ⚙️

  1. To update the billing for your Loom Business account, visit your Plan & Billing page within your Workspace settings.


  2. Scroll down to All Plans. Under Business click on Your Plan.

  3. From here, under Your Current Subscription you can switch from Billed monthly to Billed annually.


  4. Click the Update Subscription button at the bottom of your screen to confirm, and you're good to go!


  5. You'll be able to see when your next bill is due and the prorated amount.

Please note: If you're on an annual plan and would like to swap to monthly, you can follow these same steps. A prorated credit will be applied to your account.
