How to update your Business account from monthly to annual billing

You can update your billing in your Workspace settings. ⚙️

If your Loom account is integrated with Atlassian systems then you will need to visit admin.atlassian.com/billing to upgrade to Business + AI, or an Enterprise plan to get access to Loom AI. More information here.

How do I know if my account is integrated with Atlassian Systems? If integrated, you’ll see “Your Profile is linked to Atlassian” message at the top of your Personal Settings.

How to change from a Monthly to an Annual subscription

  1. Visit your Plan & Billing page within your Workspace settings, and click on Manage Subscription.

  2. Under Your Current Subscription, you can switch from Billed monthly to Billed annually (the price below is used for illustration, the price will vary based on location & upgrade date).

  3. You will see the new cost you will be charged for your annual plan, which will include a prorated adjustment for the amount you’ve already paid on your monthly plan. Click the Update Subscription button at the bottom of your screen to confirm, and you're good to go!

✔️ You'll receive a charge for the annual plan and will be able to see your next bills on the Plan & Billing page.

 

How to change from an Annual to a Monthly subscription?

If you're on an annual plan and would like to swap to monthly, you can follow these same steps. If you swap to monthly, you will retain your annual subscription until the end of your billing cycle. Your plan will be upgraded to monthly upon renewal. Before your plan changes to monthly, you can go back to Management Subscription and cancel the change anytime.
