You'll receive an automated email from Atlassian Support confirming that your application has been submitted and is under review. Once verified, you'll receive a verification email confirming the discount. ✅

We recommend you sign up via atlassian.com with your education email address to get verified. After this you can self-serve and transfer your videos to your new account. We can apply the education discount to your new account but if you've been paying for Loom Business as an educator, we can not refund or credit past payments made.

Yes! You just need to be at least 16 years old, signed up to Atlassian with an EDU email. If you meet all the requirements, you can verify your account via this form.
