From your Plan & Billing area, you can review and edit your payment method. ✅
If your Loom account is integrated with Atlassian systems then you will need to visit admin.atlassian.com/billing to update your billing information. More information here.
How do I know if my account is integrated with Atlassian Systems? If integrated, you’ll see “Your Profile is linked to Atlassian” message at the top of your Personal Settings.
Update your payment info
⚠️ Only Admins have access to update payment information.
- From your Plan & Billing page, scroll down to the Payment Information section.
- Select edit to add your card details.
- From here, you can update your billing info, including company name, and address which will be reflected on future invoices. Invoices already issued can't be updated retrospectively.
Remove payment info
At the moment there is no way to remove a payment method on file. If need to remove a credit card on file, feel free to reach out to our Support team here for assistance.
