From the Plan & Billing tab in your Workspace Settings, you can download your invoices, change your billing information and update the credit card on file.
If your Loom account is integrated with Atlassian systems then will need to visit admin.atlassian.com/billing to download you invoice or receipt. More information here.
How do I know if my account is integrated with Atlassian Systems? If integrated, youâll see âYour Profile is linked to Atlassianâ message at the top of your Personal Settings.
How to download your invoices or receiptÂ
â ïžImportant note: Invoices will be emailed to workspace admins every month or year (based on the billing cycle and billing changes made). If the email you received contains an expired invoice link, please follow the steps below.
- Visit your Plan & Billing page from your Workspace settings.Â
- Under Billing History, click DownloadÂ
- From here you can access your invoice or receipt as a PDF.
