In October 2023, Loom became part of Atlassian — a company that builds productivity software like Jira for millions of teams worldwide. We've been working behind the scenes to seamlessly integrate video communication across Atlassian's platform, and now we're ready to bring Loom legacy workspaces into this enhanced system.
The most important thing to know: You will not lose any Loom video content or functionality as part of this integration.
What's Happening
We will notify you about your workspace integration via email and via a banner in your workspace
Your workspace will be integrated approximately one week after we give you notice
There will be a short amount of downtime during the integration
You'll receive confirmation once the integration is complete
All your existing content will remain safe and secure in your current Loom workspace
Your subscription plan type will remain unchanged
Banner notification - one week before integration
Success message you'll receive once integration is complete
What's Changing
You'll have a new centralized hub, Atlassian Administration, for managing all your Admin controls and settings. Following your workspace integration, you'll manage your billing and users in Atlassian Administration (instead of in your Loom workspace settings).
