At Atlassian/Loom, we are committed to the safety and wellbeing of our users and their communities, and will not tolerate the presence of abhorrent material on any of our products or services.
Abhorrent material includes inappropriate content as set out in our Acceptable Use Policy, specifically:
- Material that depicts, promotes, or encourages serious harm or any form of violent, dangerous, or hateful conduct;
- Material depicting illegal sexual acts (including child sexual abuse material - CSAM).
How can I report such content?

To ensure we are able to identify and remove the offending material, please include in your email:
- The word abhorrent in the email subject;
- A description of the material, and why you believe it to be abhorrent;
- Where the material is located:
- The video link (the address in your browser’s address bar) of the offending material or the page on which it is located;
- A detailed explanation of how you found the offending material, including the name of the Atlassian product (in this case Loom), your username, and a description of the relevant content;
- Your name, email address, and contact phone number.
Please do not include copies or screenshots of the offending material in your email.
