On November 12, 2023, Loom will start to make updates that impact paid Business subscriptions and the free Creator Lite roles associated with those subscriptions. The following changes will be made upon subscription renewal:

Only Creators (paid seats) will be able to download videos. Creator Lite members must upgrade their role to Creator in order to continue to download videos. Admins can upgrade select Creator Lite roles by visiting their Workspace settings.

Business accounts will need to purchase the Loom AI add-on to continue to use Filler Word Removal.
